ABC is flickering black constantly

The ABC feed is flickering to black constantly and for long stretches up to 2 minutes long. This appears to be on the puffer side as it happens at the same time across multiple devices and internet options.

ABC has been unstable for the past half a year. The Puffer Team is aware of the ABC Issue but there is no way to fix it at the moment.
