Buffering problems during March Madness on CBS

Is there a solution for buffering interruptions during basketball games ..it happens every 3 seconds (approximately) only during action from the NCAA Mens basketball tournament. I've never succeeded in eliminating it . any suggestions? thanks, Tom Firme
