Thanks for your email and for using Puffer! My understanding is that these extra streams are not in high-definition (or are encoded with lower quality), which probably makes them less appropriate for our study -- the research project is mostly about finding better methods for HD video streaming and data transmission over the Internet. The problem becomes "too easy" if you make the streams lower quality. If you just want to watch them, KQED seems to stream these subchannels themselves: https://video.kqed.org/livestream/
