It seems that there’s never under 500 people, which is a bummer for me.

This concept is awesome! But the 500 people only rule sucks in my opinion. I’m not forcing you to change it to a higher number, but I wish you could. Other than that, great app!

I tried tried to send one reply before but I don't think it went through so I'm trying it again...

I personally had issues because of 500 people except for a couple times so far. Might be because I tend to log in at night, I don't know if that makes a difference to viewership numbers. Also, whenever it gives me the 500 people limit notification, all what I have to do is refresh the page a few times in a row and I am able to get in after a few seconds to a couple minutes probably as soon as one of the 500 viewers logs off. I suggest you tried the same whenever you encounter that issue, just refresh a bunch of times for a couple minutes.

Just my two cents as a fellow puffer user, I hope that helps.

Been no issues for me. Try refreshing. It's usually clear during the week.

If there are 49’er game on NBC or Fox or ABC the number of viewers go up as Stanford University is in Southern California and lots of folks, I imagine, would be accessing the game on Puffer.  Other times, I am not sure. I for some reason get timed out if I’m watching a channel for a long time.

Josh, Stanford is in the South Bay area, not SoCal.

Regardless, I find the busiest times are during pro football games,  basketball playoffs, college champio ships, The Olympics evening coverage, etc.

Basically, if you want to watch the playoffs and Super Bowl, go hang out at someone else's house and bring food.

Yes timeouts during multiple hours of use. at least on Firestick. Live sports always reaches max.

Yeah I have a typo there, I meant to write "I never had issues except for a couple times"... I guess I deleted the word never by mistake while editing it and didn't realize. You can see from the context of the rest of my message that I was providing suggestions for the first person who posted, so no problems on my end, but thanks anyways.
