Access to all channels gone

I noticed that there is no signal displayed on any of the stations. I know that there has been some severe weather plaguing the California Coast lately, but I would like to know if it rained hard enough to permanently destroy the antenna used to feed the signals of the various local San Francisco-area stations. If so, can you get a newer, more weather-resistant one?
