Please add KTLN-TV 68.6!

So I have a channel request, can you please add channel 68.6 (KTLN-TV) to Puffer? I know in the FAQ you say that you can only retransmit free over-the-air broadcast television signals, but the channel in question I am asking for is indeed a free over-the-air broadcast television channel, and is available in the Bay Area media market so you should be able to get it. I think the addition of channel 68.6 would really boost the overall usefulness of Puffer and would certainly make it more popular.

Assume this site is very popular. At least during peak sports season ie: NFL/CFB. Would prefer it less popular tbh so it doesn't hit the 500 concurrent viewers limit. I use the site daily.
