I hate to complain because I am a big fan and support the project, but why was I kicked out at 500 max viewers when I had been watching for hours and had just switched channels? Haven't seen that behavior previously. Happened right around the 3PM kickoff for an NFL game on CBS. I was watching CBS+.

Thanks

This happens to me when my router skipps a beat. (Is that a technical term?)

The way I understand it, my internet signal may be interrupted for a nanosecond, enough time to not register as active, letting another viewer in.

It happens a lot to me when I'm watching sports.

You could be disconnected if your browser is put into the background, if you switch to another tab making the Puffer tab inactive, or if the server hasn't received heartbeat messages from your client for a couple of seconds (e.g., a short network outage).

If you watch the Puffer video in full screen mode constantly without doing anything else on your computer, typically you should not be disconnected (because network outages are the relatively rare reason).

Best,
Francis
