Were you trying to use the VHF 12 or UHF 35 signal for KGO?

I have been looking into your reception problems with KGO and I discovered something.

The VHF channel 12 signal for KGO is spotty on the Stanford campus.

However, the UHF channel 35 signal for KGO is a lot stronger on the Stanford campus.

Here comes the big question? Which signal are you using? If you are using the VHF one, I would highly recommend switching to the UHF one and see if the results improve.

Could you do this?

I've tried both -- SNR are both too low to be stable, with channel 12 being slightly better. Let me do more experiments and post screenshots next week.

VHF 12: input/output 1 is KGO/ABC, with an SNR of 24.8 dB today (but it can be significantly lower sometimes)

UHF 35: input/output 1 is KGO/ABC), with an SNR of 21.2 dB

Comparing the two signal strengths, we had been using VHF 12 to receive ABC over the air.

Following many user requests for ABC (compared with KQEH), I've also added VHF 12 / ABC back to Puffer. However, I don't expect ABC reception to remain consistently strong.
