Hello, I used to have a problem that I couldn't print from my mac over WIRELESS. The windows computers could print normally. This thread is made to tell someone how to fix it if you have the same problem.
After upgrading to Sierra, it broke my printer queues and I got various errors trying to print to my older Lexmark e260dn that ran fine up to now. Your suggestion to add it as an IP printer under the "HP Jetdirect - Socket" protocol got my printer working again, the other available options did not work. Thanks!
I have downloaded the latest drivers from lexmark and installed their scan centre. But it just doesn't see or recognise the scanner (even thought the printer is recognised) and when I try to add it as a device using the ICP address it still doesn't recognise it.
