It was a wonderful experience yesterday at the Media Pub Camp, and just wanted to say thank you!  I recall that there's an option for session leaders to do follow-ups via the Eventbrite list.  If you could kindly send out the below message to event participants, that would be greatly appreciated.

Hey pubcampers,
I had a great time with all of you and I'm so pleased that we pulled off such a worthwhile event! I heard many tidbits of great feedback that I hope will be echoed in Chris's follow-up form. (my only suggestion there is to ask the "how did you hear about pubcamp" question last. The other answers are what we really want to focus on.) Great idea!

Sorry I can't participate more in next-move conversations today, but I jumped immediately from pubcamp to packing my kid up for college. We're leaving now for Saratoga Springs. :(

I'll catch up with you all tomorrow.
