In cube.ttl, there is:

qb:HierarchicalCodeList a rdfs:Class, owl:Class;
rdfs:subClassOf qb:CodeList;

but qb:CodeList is only defined by inference, which leads the reader
puzzled, especially since there's a qb:codeList property.

Suggestion: add

qb:CodeList a rdfs:Class, owl:Class .

Fixed by removing (commenting out) the incorrect reference to qb:CodeList.

There is no mention of qb:CodeList in the specification, it is historical
accident that it was still referenced in the vocabulary file.
