Building RDB cube ontology from OLAP Schema

Hi,

   I am a newbie to RDB cube vocabulary. I was wondering if it is possible to build an ontology using the RDF Cube vocabulary that could just map the OLAP schema and inherently doesn't store the actual data???

Is there a protege plugin for the same??

If not, Is there a tool to build the RDF data cube ontology??
