Do you wish you knew how to make money with teleseminars and webinars? It's not as hard as you would think. You may have discovered that the challenge is to actually make any sales. But help is on the way...
The big secret is really not much of a secret. The first thing you need to keep in mind is that you must provide value in your teleseminar. Most of your prospects have been burned all too often as they've been lured to attend scores of teleseminars with tempting promises that turned out to offer mostly fluff and sales pitches. Avoid putting on a pitch fest -- it will just turn people off.
The problem? How to create enough value -- but not too much
Most people understand that you can only include so much in a one-hour teleseminar and they also realize that most teleseminars include an offer towards the end. However, they don't want you to take up half of that hour with explaining how you can explain only so much since there just isn't enough time for going into more detail. People aren't stupid. They would much prefer you spent that time providing actual information.
And sure, you don't want to give away the farm either, but if you want to make money with teleseminars or webinars, you must provide value and some kind of actionable advice. There are a couple of ways you can do that:
1) Provide the What and the Why, but not the How
You can go into quite a bit of detail when you focus on the what and the why of whatever your topic is. Explain What someone needs to do to market a teleseminar, for example. Or why they need to market a teleseminar in order to make sure that people will show up.
What you'll leave out is the exact step-by-step of HOW to do it. That's what will be taught in the course.
2) Explain ONE example in detail
In a recent webinar on product creation, the host went through one example of how to create a product in great detail. In fact, he gave enough detail that one of his attendees of a previous teleseminar went out and used that strategy -- and launched a successful product within days.
But of course that was it. We knew there would be many more examples where this one came from, and we could hardly wait to get our hands on those. And so the class sold out in short order...
So the idea here is that if you provide one example in its entirety while also mentioning a number of other examples that will be explained in the course, people will be quite interested in signing up for the course. After all, they have already had the experience of what it will be like to be in the class, and they liked what they saw. So the secret to making money with teleseminars or webinars is simply to help people realize the value they're going to get
