PDF files, or Portable Document Format files, are just about as close to Microsoft Word files when it comes to popularity. More and more people are using PDF files for their own purposes, particularly because of the convenience that the format brings. Even the typical presentation and the usual eBook are now being converted to PDF, since the format brings easy viewing. Aside from that, you won�t have to worry about manipulating PDF files because this is very easy to do. Making the file either bigger or smaller for comfortable viewing can be done in a jiff. With so much convenience, you can expect any system to have a lot of PDF files stored. But what happens when you are in a hurry and you need to find a particular PDF file?
