Ignore that “starting point” link from the comment above, it is old an
unnecessary, we don't need to monkey-patch our current authopenid
library :)

it turns out that to login with a google account, all you need is to
enter https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id as the OpenID URL, so, this
can be totally resolved on an UI level, maybe with a little bit of
javascript.
