[Bug 414192] [NEW] switch our current python daemon library to python-daemon 1.4.5

We currently use this daemon library:
http://the.taoofmac.com/media/Python/daemon.py.txt
We should replace it with http://pypi.python.org/pypi/python-
daemon/1.4.5
Because it's better :)
It is licensed under a PSF-2+ should be fine and compatible with BSD, I can check that.
