[Bug 426397] [NEW] Configure Django on site5.com

Public bug reported:

We should start testing the website for real online.

Although it is not known if my current shared hosting will be the final
server for the site, it would be good to have the experience in setting
up and deploy the project in preparation for the beta.

This bug will be considered fixed when we are able to run the trunk code
in a real address, something.publicvideos.org.
