So here is the plan:

1- We start uploading the derivatives only first, converted local to archive.org
2- we improve the upload-to archive.org script to help us with that
3- once the derivatives are online, we create a simple admin page to map the versions with the videos
4- we then can continue to work on other stuff with the videos that are online and upload the originals later

is still a lot to go
