Please note the charter on this group - that it is not for poking status.  It appears that the PR required modifications in order to meet the guidelines - those iterations, as well as the time in responding to prodding here all add volunteer time investment that could have gone to approvals - including those that have been waiting longer.

The PSL is not a company; it has no resources other than volunteers.
