Putting the topic on-list, but the imminent changes that introduce PCM / ATT to Apple IOS devices is going to introduce some issues with Facebook's pixel _stuff_, and we're getting a higher than typical flow of requests, and they're (many of them) making requests that indicate they do not understand what they are asking for, as the request would affect their root domain in unexpected ways.

Compounding the issue, the webkit snapshot of the PSL that gets incorporated and shipped with the updates is something that PSL maintainers cannot control, and there is a lag of at least 60-90 days often from then something gets added into PSL and when the IOS version of that info gets refereshed on affected devices.

We currently are not processing these types of requests.  The IOS update is due any day now, and there's been an increasing number of PR submitted.

There are some people from Facebook attempting to help the PSL volunteers but this IMHO should be entirely managed by either Apple or Facebook in their own systems when exceptions are requested to rate limits or other restrictions.
