Finding public records used to be incredibly difficult because these
records are all stored in the same court houses and police stations as
they were produced. This meant that some people could have records in
all different buildings throughout the entire USA, which meant that
background check companies could take days or weeks to find out
people's pasts.
This was a big problem, but there is a solution. We've been very lucky
in the USA, that public records have been such an important part of
our society. Ever since the big immigration boom in the 19th &
20th centuries, people have had their details stored in public
buildings for many years. Now you can find information including when
someone was born, when they were married and even if they've had any
financial trouble or criminal convictions before.
To find these records, you just need to be able to link someones name
to a public record. And thanks to the Internet, this has become a LOT
easier. Nowadays, you can use online background check companies to
find out people's public pasts. These sites work by purchasing all the
public records they can get their hands on, from all around the USA.
They then put this information into a central database, and allow you
to search it from their website.
Sites such as Public Records Pro have 100's of millions of public
records in their database which you can search just by clicking a few
buttons. Because these sites have so much information, you can
actually rely on it to be up to date and accurate, as well as it being
easy to find.
