Hey Martin and Chris,
Here is the information and links as talked about in the meeting.
Overall we have the Full package multi-organization sponsorship to address any and all needs over time. That is what I am proposing. If we went with this, you basically would be hiring us to deal with any and all of your sponsorship and organizational needs whatever they are on-going. You would not need to complete the sponsorship proposal, because we would do that for you.
On the other end of the spectrum is a passthrough, which in this case is not simple and is still a massive amount of work, but it is still a consideration. We would have to pass it through lawyers and understand the risks, as we would have very little control to oversee anything to make sure everything is done correctly. The sponsorship proposal would need to be updated for this, and everything would need to be in writing.
Of course anything in-between the two sides of the spectrum is fair game.
Full Package Organizational Support Bottom line
Full systems multi organizational support model for all sponsorship and functional needs of the entity/complex
Tax deductible donations @25%
First 6 months $250,000 @25% = $62,500 = $10,416/mo
$10,000 to start and $10,000/mo (would go to pay about 10 people)
Only cover costs, anything above cost would go into a collaborative pool where we could decide together what to spend it on.
Do everything the right way, as legal as possible, organized into buffered branches of the complex/network
Representative Seat on entity/complex board, could be mel etc…
Address issues overtime to smooth out policies and communication
Address contention with expert facilitation over time to improve relations and wholistic team collaboration - acknowledgement
Potential umbrella of Mission Within to be turned over to FQN CommUnity network to run as a organization within the MOE, if it is being dissolved anyways.
5 year agreement
Feel free to propose any counter offer and we are open to negotiating as needed.
In terms of timeline and what would be the next steps if we went down this path…
1) Learn more and ask more questions as needed (going to send links bellow to more info)
2) Update Sponsorship Document as needed
3) Reviewing Service / client proposal ---> alternative passthrough
4) Agree and schedule Facilitated session to address issues and contention for moving forward -- we don’t want an unraveling thread to destroy everything in the future if we are investing 1000’s of hours
5) set up 2-3 normal sessions over the month just to work out details, Chris might be enough for most of this.
6) Payment - If we have $10,000 ---> before the end of month is more than doable. (is fine to subtract this out of future % admin fees)
7) Agreements - the first step legally would be formation of decision making boards, and contracts that would oversee the evolution of the relationship and who has power

Also Chris asked for some links to more information he could read up on…
You should have already seen the sponsorship information documents:
A little more Glossary Link for more information on MOE’s & MOC’s: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1lCcFiyxBDqpQLNOpP7hkxmlAzSU86x_EYFtXZm9Lbc8/edit (once you understand MOEs and MOCs they are actually quite simple, it is the relationships that are infinite. In fact MOE’s and MOCs simplify everything, because trying to understand relationships of individual orgs or people because so complicated it can even be impossible.) (you could choose to set up a Fractal CommUnity Entity if you wanted to, it would be the cadillac of options available to you. Think of it as the patterns of consciousness that you see when on hallucinogens, you basically create an entity that is holographic in nature and can do anything you want it to, indefinitely, but only when someone want it or intends it. A LLC would be the equivalent of a clunker which is good for basically one thing, going from point A to point C linearly.)
(Everything FQN Stands for is based on Collaboration and build systems where everyone is treated as equals as best as possible, distributed empowerment. Again the most complex collaborative model is a Multi-Stakeholder Cooperative which we can handel no problem)
(if Martin or 1-2 people wanted to have individual or virtual individual control, in other words there are others involved but they don’t actively participate, then there is still the option of doing what we define as a hobby sponsorship). Hobbies are the opposite of a business or organizational structure which we define as having shared stakeholders. Hobbies by definition have only one or two stakeholders, the person who holds the hobby and their vision. There are many more constraints to this model, but it is certainly an option, and we have done it before, although usually it is not successful.)
----------
In terms of getting started understanding the existing structure, I would say there is a single Network or Complex of organizations, and that there may be two interdependent MOE’s that are being created.
Mission Within Complex / Network
Suns of Light MOE
Inner Journey MOE
LLC
501c3 Non-Profit
Church
…

I think that is it.
