Followup from OrgSupport and 1023 form

Hi Arron,

We researched the 1023-EZ form and it is NOT applicable for any organization that will have over $50,000. Since you have more than that already, you would be doing a normal 1023 form either way.

But it is still applicable to research the difference of doing a 1023 form for a new organization, vs doing it for an existing organization.

Again if I was doing this, I would transform the existing organization, as that would be the most applicable model even if it is extra work to do so, as that will hold the continuity of the existing organization into the future. There is value in that.
