Urgent. Needs answer. Do we want to be part of the DC Main Session in Geneva?

Dear all,
as a DC we can be part of the main session at the UN IGF in Geneva. At the main session we can put our central issues into the discussion.
In order to be able to do that, we need to present a substantive paper. 
The paper should be not longer than 5 pages. 
The deadline for the first draft  is about to close, apologies I oversaw that information. Eleonora is so kind to give as an extension. The first version should only be a draft that would need more shaping within the next months.

Just in case, I already started a structure here for all of us to brainstorm:

I will be writing a bit tonight, even if we decide not to participate in the main session, I think this is a good exercise for us all to talk about the DC our understanding of the public space and our goals as a group.

Hello!

I'm also part of the DC on Gender and Internet Governance - we have found it really useful to participate in the main session each year, and to interact with other DCs who are also part of the main session.

So am in favour of DC-Publicness also participating in this session.

Last year, we submitted a very rough draft which was accepted and we were able to participate in the main session.

This is the first time I participate. I just made a scheme. I do not know if it is useful, I do not know if I send it open to this mail or I send it directly to Arsene who is the coordinator. My English is not good..I speak Spanich. But it is in English.

Please send it to the list. I speak Spanish myself and many others here too. Can try to translate where necessary. Arsène is not a member of this DC I think.

Then I got confused as a group, sorry. The subject that interested me, I wrote something now, and we had been seeing in a group that directed Arsene is
Cyber security and related topics. On this is the one that made a scheme. I see now that yours is the Dynamic Coalition on advertising .. 

But I do not know if this group is working now..

Hi 

Great to see the DC being a part of the main session 

This is a new DC, truly open and welcoming of members contributions and I think it would be great to see it there

I've seen the skeleton of the paper here 

I understand time flies so I'd like to suggest the DC uses the time on the main session to talk once more about its statement

You can mention also it was publicized in LACIGF and if I get to go to IGF Brazil in november I'll spread the word there too
