Geneva IGF. Booth for the dynamic coalition + coordination calls

Dear all,

I hope these lines find you well. Apologies for raining you with emails today. The last four weeks where really crazy from my side -and seeing many of you on my timeline, all of you have been also pretty busy 😊. So now I need to catch up with you on two other things additionally:

1) at the Geneva IGF the Dynamic Coalitions will most probably get a booth. That is both an opportunity to present our work, collect signataries for the statement, welcome new members, meet and greet, etc., but it also brings a small obligation (e.g. having someone seating there for a certain time slot). What are your thoughts? And is anyone interested in having a special at the booth? I am not sure how good the accustics are, probably like last year

2) There is a mailinglist for all Dynamic Coalitions. Anyone interested can join. Some of you are already in (Michael or Renata). There are also joint calls to discuss things such as: the main session of the Dynamic Coalitions, slots for the DCs during the IGF, as well as to convene and discuss the yearly requirements of the DCs (e.g. there is a mid-term and a final yearly report, moreover we may need to submit a short paper presenting our work at the main session - although I think that it would be great if we could do a brief presentation of the survey this year... all these things are being now discussed. Does anyone else want to join that mailinglist and/or has interest in also joining the future calls?

The booth is great news

As I've stated in the DC mailing list, I can volunteer for a few hours

I think it would be good for the DC to do a mini programme for its time in the booth, like flash talks. 

I am on the DC list. I recommend, it's very instructive.

I do my best to participate on the calls, they are important too.

Although it is important to say that on the calls sometimes there are decisions or voting and only the coordinators can vote or decide unless stated otherwise. 

So would be good more participation but perhaps leaving these moments for a more collaborative process
