Much-improved, shortened spectrometer guide, more updates

I completely revised and updated the spectrometer construction guide:

Finally, excitingly, due to Chrome v21 releasing yesterday, the purely web-based spectrometer interface at http://SpectralWorkbench.org/capture now works in the default Chrome... I'd love to hear feedback on how *well* it works on various machines (Windows, Mac, Linux). You can actually test it with your built-in webcam even if you don't have a spectrometer (yet!).

Oh, and i almost forgot! You can now order spectrometer kits ($30) in the Public Lab store (hosted by Breadpig!)
