Frac Sand Sentinel #415 Flambeau Mine Seeks Certificate of Completion 6-20-2022

The WDNR is holding a  virtual public hearing on the Ladysmith MIne in
Rusk County on July 6, 2022 at 6 p.m. Many of you remember the many
controversies over the approval and construction of the mine that was a
provider of copper, gold, silver and a number of other valuable
minerals. While a portion of the mine has been certified as completed
but there are additional spaces to approve in regard to reclamation.
Please take some time to take a look at the issues and respond to the
DNR accordingly following their rules. Is it true that this mine is
still leaching out pollutants into the Flambeau River?
