Frac Sand Sentinel #369 WDNR seeks public comment on RECLAMATION ISSUES 5-10-21

Here is your issue of the Frac Sand Sentinel and as it relates to
comments regarding RECLAMATION and the necessary feedback the WDNR is
allowing the public.

Please, despite the nicer weather, make comments if you can about
guidance being issued by the DNR to operators of frac sand mines and to
homeowners who see the mines as a nuisance  in many ways to surrounding
homeowners, businesses and multitudes of lifeforms as we know them. Very
little is really known about reclamation practices given the lack of
science demonstrated throughout the permitting process. Your
commentaries from all over the state and nation would really be
appreciated.
