Help with managing the harvest of seafood species in San Pedro?

Public lab folks,

I'm attaching a letter from a colleague here to give more details, but the short of it is there is currently a problem with people overharvesting a variety of seafood species in the San Pedro area.  If anyone out there is interested in helping please let me know.
