Subscription Not Working

When I upload a new post to my blog on blogger.com, none of my subscribers are getting email notifications? I've checked the delivery time zone and timings, and they're still not working. How can I fix this?

I've asked the same question. However, it seems some of my subscribers get a notice and some don't. It was better with my last post but not sure its resolved. If you find out a solution to ensure subscribers indeed get the notification, please let me know.
