Feedburner not updating, ping not working

Our feedburner feed sometimes does not update for days so our email
subscriptions don't go out. We have made sure to publish before the
daily digest goes out. When we ping the feed we receive this error:

Your Ping resulted in an Error "We were unable to process your ping.
You must ping with a URL that exactly matches the channel link (RSS)
or alternate link (Atom) in your top level feed element pointing back
to your website (e.g http://myblog.blogspot.com/), or use your feed
URL (e.g. http://feeds.feedburner.com/myuri)."

After searching for solutions I found that this is often caused by a
feed being too large. I checked the size of our feed and it is only
11kb so that is not the problem.

FeedMedic doesn't report any problems with the feed.

We are using a self-hosted WordPress system with the Feedsmith Extend
plugin.

Any help you can provide would be most appreciated.

I am having this exact same problem. My feed was working fine up
until a few days ago. Only difference for me is that I am using the
FD Feedburner plugin for WP. If I turn off the plugin, I can see that
the RSS feed on my blog is working fine but for some reason Feedburner
is not updating. This is very frustrating.

I get the same error when I try to ping feedburner and I have even
tried the resync button. Nothing has worked.

Sam problem. Feed update is delayed and entering my blogger feed (http://blogg.adastramedia.se/feeds/posts/default) on the ping page gives the "We arbe unable ..." respons.

What is wrong?

http://feeds.feedburner.com/AttSkrivaFilmmanus looks the same compared to the above, unless you have other feedburner feeds ?

Normally you're supposed to enter the feedburner feed URL in the ping form.
