Post with older dates showing up in e-mail

to FeedBurner Help Group - Publicity Tools
When I add a post with an older date to my blog, it is sent out with
the next e-mail to my subscribers. However, it all shows up in the
right order in the feed.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening? I'm using WordPress,
site is at hopeandfail.com and the feed is at http://feeds.feedburner.com/HopeFail.
