[PBL][PB] Meeting Recap and Other Things

Hello Publets, 

We are heading into the last month and a half of the semester! Whoooooooo!!!! With that in mind, we are going to be focusing on two things: the photoshop workshop this coming thursday and the yearbook (which we will have printed and handed out by banquet). 

Photoshop workshop:

• We need a rehearse tomorrow night (Wednesday night). Please confirm with me and amy. 
• This Thursday, 7pm @ 126 barrows
• Please come dressed business professional-can you four guys please coordinate somehow? suit/tie + the same color schemes? :)
• An Adobe Representative is confirmed to attend our event, so you MUST wear business professional. 
• Also if you might be interested in working for photoshop, bring your resumes. 
• Some feedback we would like to remind you are on this google doc: [FEEDBACK HERE]
• Alison/Jessica, please update the powerpoint slides with what we mentioned on the feedback. 
• On Wednesday night, please send out a reminder email to all of PBL about the event logistics with the bruce lee/pisa pictures and also to remind them to download photoshop!!
• On the night of the event, please bring your laptops/chargers. This is in case some people do forget to download PS and they still want to learn, we'll have substitute laptops for them to use. 

Yearbook:

• Start brainstorming ideas for your pages. YOU WILL SUFFER IF YOU DO NOT PLAN THIS OUT. 
• Just to remind you, we divided the yearbook into: Superlatives: Alison & Jeff. Event pages: Matt and Bonghyun. Committee pages: Jessica and Logan (bear in mind that we will also have to assign you some event pages so that Matthilda are not overwhelmed and that we manage to finish the yearbook on time.)
• Yearbook will be DUE ON APRIL 26TH. We need a week to print and they will be distributed at banquet-5/5. 

Mid-Semester Survey (DUE TOMORROW 4/10 AT 11:59PM):

• YOU MUST ALL FILL THIS OUT. WE WILL KNOW IF YOU DO NOT.

• Matt has graciously picked out some songs for us to learn and dance too. Look at his google doc in our FB group. Guys seriously PRACTICE!! The whole club will be watching and it will be embrassing if we mess up in front of everyone. 
• Fourth General Meeting
• You are all required to go. This is the last meeting in which we elect the future of PBL and this will directly effect you. Also if you are interested in applying for a chair position, you will be working with these people, so it is imperative that you come. 
• 4/25, 7pm at 126 Barrows
