Hi Publets!

We have one more month before the semester ends so let's finish strong! Also, there is a lot of important information in this email so read it THOROUGHLY. If you do not meet the deadlines, you WILL be punished. Anything along the lines of "I didn't see it in the email" will not be an acceptable excuse. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. [HERE] is the agenda from Monday's committee meeting and let's get started!

• From now, there will be $5 late fees for every deadline you miss
• Jennifer and I have been very generous in pushing the newsletter deadlines back for you guys but we WILL NOT do this anymore
• If you have schedule conflicts/midterms/stress then tell us ASAP and we will work something out
• If you don't say anything, we will assume you have no problem meeting the deadlines
• Telling us that you can't make it less than a day before the due date is not acceptable and you will still be charged the late fee

• Start your pages ASAP. Jennifer and I have been in your shoes before and we know what happens when you procrastinate. IT WILL BE LIKE HELL
• Pages are due next Friday 4/26
• In order to keep you guys away from HELL, we want you to send us a description/sketch for all of your pages by Friday 4/19 11:59pm
• We need to make sure you guys have at least thought about your pages
• We will be strict about this deadline
• If you miss this deadline, you will be $5 poorer

• There will be a work party this Saturday night 4/20 at Jennifer's place
• YOU ARE ALL REQUIRED TO GO. If you can not, tell us ASAP
• You will not be allowed to leave until we see some progress
• Jennifer will tell you her address later
• Time TBD but it is expected to start around 6pm

• Always set resolution to 180 and always ask Historians for the original photos
• NEVER TAKE PHOTOS FROM FACEBOOK

• Rehearsal for [SO]OOO Talented!
• The google doc for our performance can be found [HERE]
• Proposed rehearsal times are Wednesday and Thursday
• Reply to this email with which days you are available
• If you can't make either days, please still reply to this email
• If you do not reply, we will assume you can attend both days and we will expect to see you on the chosen day
• If you are completely MIA, you will be charged the late fee

It's yearbook time and we want to stress that it is best to NOT procrastinate. Jennifer and I have witnessed all the issues and crazy things that can happen during yearbook time and we're trying our best to avoid those problems by enforcing stricter deadlines. Remember, if you guys ever run into any trouble or you just need a helping hand, feel free to talk to us and we'll try our best to help. You guys are our Publets and we care about you!
