faded red car

There has been a faded red car crusing the Woodminster area in the
mornings between 8-9:30 am. Usually 2 blk males ages around 25-30,they
sit and watch everyones comings and goings.Driving the surrounding
streets. Plates are 8AYK889 only the first # on plate is in
question.If you see this car try to identify the make.This has been
ongoing for 2 weeks now.the car has a bumper sticker on rear bumper
that says DELIVERY but makes no deliveries. If you get the make of
vehicle or see this car let me know. Thanks Angie
