Different Sets of Activity and Result Codes

We have a Goldmine 4.0 contact set that is being used by several different
departments. Each department has their own list of Activity and Result
codes. Right now, they are in one big list with the first letter of each
code representing the department that uses the code.

Is it possible to have Goldmine display a different set of Activity and
Result codes for each department (i.e. user or group)?
