I recently found out that GoldMine was supposed to be able to do this. Do you
know anything about GoldMine and handling emails? Currently when I receive an
email with customer information in it GoldMine tries to attach the email to an
existing GoldMine contact or it will create a new contact record and attach
the email to it. Do you know of GoldMine creating a new record, creating a
profile, and scheduling a follow up call?
Thanks,
Stephen

You need to use the Web Import feature of GoldMine to do this. You
should be able to find information about the Web Import feature in
Appendix 1 of the Reference Manual or the online help system.

You can use any type of scripting language that can take input from a
form and convert it to a properly formatted Internet e-mail message.
I believe the following folks have experience using ASP in their web
import routines.
