We have old usernames (we no longer use these users) we have deleted the
actual usernames in file>configure>User but when we go to calendar
information we can still select the old users to view calendars for. Is
there a way to remove this information?

To remove old usernames select File...Configure GoldMine..Users File. Right
click on one of the usernames and select Verify Users Lookup.

*This will remove any username that are not listed in the Users File. You
need to have build 1222 or higher.
