I have a series of 10 pre-emptive events that are all very similar.
Look at a few fields and if certain data exists, branch to another
track.
Some of them work and some don't.
Example 1:
Key1 begins with "A" and Key2 begins with "2000" and Key3 begins with
"F". If so, branch to Track 1. This one works great.
Example 2:
Key1 begins with "I" and Key2 begins with "2000" and Key3 begins with
"F". If so, branch to Track 2. This one doesn't work!
Example 3:
Key1 begins with "I" and Key2 begins with "2000" and Key3 begins with
"F". If so, branch to Track 2. This one doesn't work!
Odd, I know! The stranger thing is that all of the pre-emptives that
are looking for an "A" in Key 1 do work, and all others don't. I have
checked the data and there are clients out there beginning with "I" in
Key1 field.
Why would it read some pre-emptives and not others?

For example:
Key 1 begins with an A and Key 2 begins with 2000 and Key 3 begins with F.
If true branch to another track.
This one works just fine.
Key 1 begins with an I and Key 2 begins with 2000 and Key 3 begins with an
F. If true branch to another track. This one doesn't work. It's as though
it doesnt even see it.
It gets wierder. All of the pre-emptives that are looking for an A work
great, all others seem to be ignored. I have check the data, and there are
clients out there beginning with an I in Key 1.
Any suggestions on why it ignores these pre-emptives??????
