Thank you, Diego Mondrik
The Opportunity manager is a global file, which means that you cannot use
that to filter contact data by. There is not a way to trigger on this, and I
am not able to devise any workaround for this. You will simply have to
choose something else to trigger on. You can send an email to suggest this
be added, but with the design of the opportunity manager, I doubt that it is
something that can be done. However, you should feel free to send any
suggestions to: sugge...@goldmine.com

Help me with this idea.
1) I can define two special fields in a window in the FIELDS tab from the
contact record.
2) The first field will ussually be blank and there I can define with F2 the
list of possible stages.
The second field will be the one showing the stage of the opportunity.
3) Then I can set a process that compares the content of the first field and
the second one and if the first field is not blank and is diferent from the
second I can trigger the action that correspond to the stage, and then put
the first field blank again.
The problem is that this works with only one opportunity per contact or if
you define more special fields for each opportunity wich will be very
complex.
Hope you can think of something diferent.
Thank you. Diego
