E-mail is not sending out

I wanted to send a Word document out to all client that has an e-mail
address in GM. I set up the automated processes and execute the processes
and the GM Process Monitor display (for example: 5 contract; 5 scanned) and
no error message, but no client recive this e-mail. Can someone tell me
what step(s) I miss. Thanks in advance.

What did you trigger on? What did the process monitor say for how many were
triggered? Did you create the email template ahead of time with the attached
document?Did you choose the correct template to send from the "action"
options in the event?

Amy,

The best way to send an email message to a large number of contacts is by
using the email merge capabilities of GoldMine. Compose your message as you
normally do, then click on the Options button and switch to the E-mail merge
tab. Selecting all contacts will merge the composed message to all contacts
with an e-mail address.
