If you have very complex AP's which are using times and dates and delays to
trigger on, then yes, you should have them running all the time. I dont
forsee any issues with having it scanning continuously all the time.
You could make a macro to start the scanning continuously, so that it is a
single click option to start the processes. You can right click on the line
that separates buttons in the toolbar, and choose "record macro" to record a
macro. Then use these keystroke combinations to record your macro: (Alt+F,
A, E, Down arrow, Alt+P)
