Hi,

I'm using reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe to retrieve the trips to a destination for the current date/time (queryTripsBinary() in BahnProvider.java). When providing the departure time, I'm converting the local time to CET timezone (same as appendDateTimeParameters()). In my programming environment, this will include daylight saving time offsets. In other words, the time provided to query.exe is always the correct current local time.

Yesterday (Sunday) after the daylight saving time change, I had an issue where the trips returned by query.exe were off by one hour. I initially thought that query.exe expects a time without daylight saving time offsets.

Today however, everything seems to work again as before the change to summer time. It looks like the backend to query.exe changed its behavior, but one day too late.

Has someone seen a similar problem?

Thanks,
Claus

We had such issues in the past but I think we fixed it about a year ago.
Of course it's also possible there a (new) Hafas-internal issue that's
not caused by us. Unfortunately it's hard to debug these things if they
only become visible on two days of the year...

Do you remember what you changed? If it fixes itself after a day, it's probably a bug with bahn.de. I'm just surprised that no other app seemed to have had this problem.

Thanks,
Claus

I cannot remember exactly. Maybe commit
