[IEM UTP SS] URGENT MEETING FOR CSR PROJECT

Dear PR members, 

I have important announcement to make. There will be a meeting tonight at 10 pm for all the directors and executives of IEM UTP SS regarding the CSR project that I have informed to you last night. Please take note of this and reply your availability as soon as possible. =)

Sorry for my lateness of informing this important news to you guys as there was some internet problems at my block SIBC. 

All the details necessary are provided below :

Meeting for CSR Project

Date - 18/11/13

Time - 10 till 11pm

Venue - Pocket C

Attendance - Compulsory

Involvement - Directors, Asst. Directors and Executives

Please note that for tonight's meeting, all the donation cards will be distributed and names will be assigned to collect donations from the Management Dept. So it is very important for you guys to come not only to support this program but also to get involve..
