[PRIEMUTPSS] Important Announcement

Good morning and salam satu malaysia guys. I know you guys are busy with tests, assignments and projects related to your studies, but just want you to know that our work as an IEM executive must still go on. It's been a week since our first PR Department meeting. Some of you have already made calls to certain companies. Good work guys. It shows that you guys are very determined for this trip. I do expect that we can finalize which company that we want to go for the 1st trip as well as booking the bus and getting the proposals ready by this thursday. We are at the moment, a little bit behind our scheduled plan in which today we should be getting the proposal and memos done.   

FOR TEAM LEADERS, HERE IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:

-SASI-

1) UPDATES on any potential companies- I've discussed the matter regarding faxing the proposal to them, from what I heard it's very hard for us(student) to use the fax machine at JPSP (but I will confirm it to you later today okay!) - please update by tomorrow

2)I want the proposals and memos to be ready at least by tomorrow (Wednesday)

-ANDERSON-

1) Since Nora has already brief you about what you need to do for your trip, please assign your team members to make calls. - I want updates by the end of this week. If you can make it and decide which company you want to go earlier than this date, that would be great.

2) Please make sure that you divide the tasks for each of your team members equally. =)

*Additional Information, for those who will make the calls, make sure you research if not all, just a little bit of background on your respective target companies before making any calls. Because some of the companies will ask the reason why we want to do a trip to their place and other things. Just make sure you have enough information about them so that we will know how answer. 

Okay guys.. Keep up the good work. And make sure you reply this email ASAP. (At least reply "noted" would be more than sufficient. Just want this information reach you)
