IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT (IEM BOOTH)

Salam and greetings guys.

A you can read above, I would like to inform you that  IEM HQ is setting up  their booth during the Pre-Convo event. The purpose of this booth is to pursue our graduating student this year to join IEM. The detail on Pre Convo as follows : 

Date:    26-10-2013

Time:    9am-4pm

Venue:  Chancellor Hall Foyer

Attire :   Corporate Shirt

Duty:     To assist the PIC and handle the Q&A from our students

Our Vice President, Mr. Vinod will be there as well as the PIC from HQ. Therefore, we need manpower on that day to take care for the booth. There will be two sessions  and I have been informed that one of the sessions is for PR DEPARTMENT.

 Below is the schedule for the two sessions:

 

Morning Session : 9am - 12.30pm (PR)

Afternoon Session : 12.30pm - 4pm  (HR)

As you well aware, we need at least 3 executives from PR on that slot. I am very pleased to ask for your cooperation to volunteer yourself on that day. I will be there myself if I am not busy on that day. For your information, this will be a good opportunity for you to meet one of the PIC from IEM HQ since you will be able to ask him/she more about IEM. Furthermore, this will be a new experience for you guys (especially juniors) as you will learn how to explain information regarding IEM details to people. Do not worry about what to say during your explanation because we will assist you on that time. THE MOST IMPORTANT IS THAT YOU LEARN NEW THINGS AND THAT IS THE REASON WHY WE JOIN IEM RIGHT? TO LEARN SOMETHING AND AT THE SAME TIME, ENJOYING IT. =)
