Hi Eternity,

Mel was informing me that you had gotten in touch with her regarding the sponsorship.

We met many months ago a few times, and helped you do sponsorship proposal. In the end you said that you had decided to do your LLC as an independent organization and not pursue the sponsorship any longer, and you stopped attending the Org support session for various reasons.

In the email that Mel showed me, you implied that you were no longer planning on doing an LLC and are interested in "I decided I want to go the nonprofit route here as well with my company.”

So by definition it I NOT possible for a “company” to be non-profit.

So if you are interested in setting up a MOE (Multi-Org-Entity) then we would have to do a new / updated sponsorship proposal, and explain the new non-profit components as well as the relationship, and get everything set up so we can move forward. Once your proposal is updated, we could get everything up and running within a few weeks.

Let us know if there is anything else you need or any questions. We could also set up a Org Support session, or client scope relationship, or you can come to an existing session if you would like to attend.

Hello,

Thank you for getting back to me. I was mainly focused on healing several months back. I was a lot weaker and doing better now.

I still desire to have an LLC, I don’t recall stating I didn’t. In order to have a non-profit organization, I need a sponsor. 

I would like to continue the route we originally discussed, if possible. I would like to attend an existing session as soon as possible.

I called and emailed months ago and never received a response. Things went by quite quickly. I’ve been in physical therapy and doing the best I can to adjust here.

Let me know if we can continue with the original plan and proposal.

I am a bit confused regarding the difference of the LLC and the non-profit. We can just make it clear, and make sure we understand exactly what you want so we can help you.

Overall if there are multiple organizations involved ,that would be a MOE, which is also possible, just more legally delicate that we would want to go through.

You are welcome to come to any session, but I would warn you that FQN right now is not focused on work and supporting programs, instead the team is in a major dispute focused on everyone getting paid more money and discussing budget cuts and possibly firing some workers. So it is a bit chaotic but you are welcome to come to any session you wan to.

We do a few sessions around 11/12, but most sessions are at 2pm.

We have a Main session tomorrow at 2pm, and wed and thurs at 2pm as well.

There are also Buddy team sessions at 5pm sometimes later. And as I said before some at 12pm.

So we meet and do sessions almost every day. So if you have a question you welcome to jump in, just let us know when you can come.

If you want to schedule a regular session for Organizational Support, then we would need to schedule. We could schedule every 2 weeks, we just have to choose a time. We can also do full and new moons, but those are at more irregular times.

Just let us know know.

An organization cannot become a non-profit organization without first being registered as a LLC. I desire to register an LLC here in CA . And  the only difference between a for profit and nonprofit is a sponsor. Does that make sense?

There is not multiple organizations, just the one I desire to build here. I hope that is clear.

With everything that’s going on with your organization, does that mean you’re not able to help me right now?

Unfortunately that doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. You say you have to make an LLC to make a non-profit. And that there is only one organization but there are more than one. So it just doesn’t totally make sense to me at this time, but I’m not worried I’m sure we can figure it out. Lets just get everything into writing in the proposal and maybe that will help.

As far as the chaos in FQN, the answer is No, and instead is quite the opposite. Workers are not doing anything here, so I have tons of time to get focused on other priorities especially if we schedule in advance or you Come to our sessions. Anything is better than just complaining about money and budgets. Money doesn’t motivate me at all, I need something more fulfilling like helping people. So I am as available as can be to see what I can do to support and work with you.

I also am working with Mel to get a new business venture started as well, so lots going on, but no one is scheduling with me yet, so all I do is argue with workers about money. It is not fun, and I can’t wait to schedule to do actual work. The workers are all hired to support and help projects like you, so maybe with you we can get workers back to work. We shall see.

We don’t necessarily have to live stream to YouTube, but we would still like to record, typically the easiest way to record is to live stream to YouTube even though no one watches. 

As long as we can record and possibly make available videos from the recordings that could be ok. 

If we spend  hours supporting you, we would like that content to be available to others who also could use that information.

Alternatively we can work out a client arrangement to be paid for our time, where you control and own the content, but in terms of our principles and values, our goal is making these resources available to the public to help as many organizations as possible.

Does this sound ok?

Also I could mention that you could choose to request Private sponsorship, but that process functions a bit differently form our Public Sponsorship Process.

If you only are interested in Private Sponsorship, then we would have to set up a separate time where you can meet in private with reprsenties form our Sponsorship Program.

Tomorrow might work, but we would have to see.

I’ll also mention that our Sponsorship Program and Process is automatically Public and Transparent, unless Private Sponsorship is specifically requested in writing. 

So if you do want the Private sponsorship, just tell us and we can go from there and figure it out.

We would record regardless if it is public or private. The recording would be public based on our normal process or private if the private process is requested.

Our normal sponsorship process for social organizations (we only support social organization)  is always automatically public and transparent.

Unless you let us know that you are requesting private sponsorship, then I will assume that the session will still be public and transparent. 

It has been a while, so I had to review our policies and confirm that yes we do indeed offer private sponsorship, so I did confirm that, again it is up to you if that is what you would like to request private sponsorship, and it is helpful to know in advance so we can plan ahead, as we would change communications and other details and be prepared for that.

Ok so the session for today is canceled then. As far as March 28th I myself will not be available in full capacity. So I'm not sure who will be able to make it, so we will have to get in touch with you about that.

If you want to move forward with sponsorship, just update your sponsorship proposal and send that to us. 

If you have questions not related to sponsorship then you can schedule a Organizational Support Session with us, but that would be separate from just showing up at a session.
