What a surprise, I am glad you responded. 

Regarding the Email Group, I see you as a Member since August 11th, so let me know if there are some other problems there. 

As of the rest, before scheduling any Work Session, or Buddy Team (BT) Session as named within our Network, you should start putting something in writing by starting to draft your Sponsorship Proposal. To me personally words are irrelevant, and I will not spend time on anything else other than some clear intentions black on white. I hope it makes sense. 

Alternatively for REAL TIME you can participate in our next weekly Main Session on Thursday Aug 17th at 9PM UTC which is open to the Public and we shall prioritize up to a Segment 24min to give you guidance. But if you are serious, I suggest we keep communicating through this thread until you have some substance. Then I would be delighted to schedule a dedicated BT with you to bring you up to speed.

Thank you, that means a lot. I’ve been in pain for a long time. I am thankful I found a doctor (chiropractor) I like out here. It’s a long recovery. It’s been almost 8 months now and could take another year to be pain free. So thank you for your prayers!

I already have a business plan and pitch deck prepared. I believe they would answer the questions in the proposal. Could I send that along or should I just answer the questions in the proposal template ?

That is great Eternity looking forward to reading it.

If I can give you my 2 cents, do take your time, don't rush it. Under our Vortex Model/Infrastructure/Methods, better know as FQV (Frequency Quantified Vortex), we list, prioritize, get agreement, focus ONE Thing at a Time that we double-triple-quadruple check and verify before saying that is DONE. So we consider only things in writing, words are irrelevant, and we take every word and everything in general very seriously striving to the utmost professionalism. Let's make sure to have a first draft that you are already flowing with once we present it to the a REAL Time session with JAY, our CEO, Founder, Visionaer (and for me personally the HONOR to be able to be calling as Mentor) behind ALL FQN (Frequency Quantified Network) for review. 

In addition, I am taking a vacation of 7 days after 9 years starting tomorrow. Will be back online Wednesday 23rd of August. Do not worry, though, as we just had a BT Session to transfer my Responsibilities for this timeframe while I'm on Full Leave. The TEAM is going to support you so you won't feel the difference eventually.

You Sponsorship Proposal looks good.

There are a few formatting considerations, but nothing concerning.

My biggest concern was that the name of the document is “Scholarship Proposal”

We do not provide Scholarships, nor do we have funding available to give away.

This is supposed to be a Sponsorship Proposal, and I believe that you are proposing for Sponsorship as an LLC.

It is interesting that you already have an LLC in Atlanta. Depending on what you want to do, there are options in building legal continuity.

For example you could transfer the internal systems of the old LLC and dissolve it. You could also do a purchase and directly have the new LLC purchase the old LLC. Obviously just a transfer is simpler.

Also as a LLC you can not write non-profit grants, so if you want to collaborate on fundraising options, building an investor model, community Equity or other options for helping get funds then let me know, we can schedule during our Organization Support Sessions.

We can also schedule to go over your Sponsorship Proposal if you would like, I will do my best to get the formatting correct and then present this to Mel who is also a Empowered Manager with Innovate United LLC and has her own Sponsored Business.

Once finalized you can use the LLC name, get a bank account, and we do all the taxes for you. Looking forward to going over all the benefits and information with you .

The title of my document was definitely a typing error. I’ve been pretty exhausted so please disregard that. 

I thought I mentioned previously that I am dissolving my LLC in Atlanta. I no longer desire to do business there. I desire to open it here as I feel it will do better here. I am also happier here. I have bad memories in Atlanta.

My plan is to open a brand new LLC here in Alameda County. i would like to collaborate on fundraising options, building an investor model, community Equity. I do need help with funding to register my LLC here. We can schedule Organization Support Sessions please and thank you.

Mike Taylor from Bay Area Creative referred Mel to me and this company. He was going to be my fiscal sponsor, but then decided that you all may be a better fit for me because I need help with startup costs.

Hi Eternity,

Our budgets are quite tight, but we can support you getting started by doing a Sponsorship model. 

I’m pretty sure the main reason that mike would not do sponsorship with you is because BAC is a non-profit 501c3 non-profit.

So a non-profit could NOT sponsor a For-Profit organization.  

So if you would like to sponsor with our LLC we can do that. The overall benefits would be that you don’t have to worry about taxes, and a lot of the administrative expenses of getting your LLC off the ground.  But since you already have experience running your own LLC maybe it wouldn’t be that big of a deal.  Overall in California an LLC costs $800/ year minimum. Not sure what the costs are in Georgia.  For our sponsorship the cost is about $180/yr which saves about 75% on the minimum cost.

Hi Eternity,

I am available too anytime, supporting people and organizations is our priority. Tomorrow I will be traveling from about 2pm PST to 4pm PST, but before or after could work. Otherwise anytime on Wednesday should be fine. We also have a Main Session On Thursday at 2pm , or we can do the Friday at 5pm for the Organizational Support Session.

Typically we have a hands off approach to our Sponsored programs, as we just want to empower each program to function and evolve on its own.

But we do have other models as well including partnerships and Professional Services. We can’t offer professional services without a cost, as it is a lot of work, but we can do packaged discounts and build a lot of savings into supporting a social business. I think overall that would be difficult to set up until we get the funding together so that you can pay your staff, but it is always a consideration.

What may work best is to help you build a fundraising campaign and investment model, which could include working for partial equity to help reduce the strain on your budget as you get set up. Costs in California can be higher than Georgia, so maybe we can alleviate some of the difficulties with the budget by having a Community Equity and or Jurisdictional Equity model so you can hire your admin, legal and financial workers earlier and pay them mostly with equity until you have a larger budget. This may be able to get you set up with being able to pay rent and yourself without breaking the bank at the beginning.  Let’s just consider all the options.
