Interesting story about how social media evolves (with a year or two). New York Times managers and editors now recognize that social media must be used by everyone, not just a social media evangelist. interesting implications and evolution of social media content and credibility.
Recognition that social media goes beyond one voice.
Will be interesting to see if trend continues into the corporate and non-profit arena.
