Sometimes when clients use google public dns They got records for another country, but sometimes it works perfect. I Use Bidn as dns server and try to configure zone plati.markket

If your domain is plati.market:

$ nsips plati.market
ns1.galleryvalery.com     59 A    51.75.21.75 ; 75.ip-51-75-21.eu [AS16276]
ns2.galleryvalery.com     59 A    54.38.160.196 ; ip196.ip-54-38-160.eu [AS16276]

it does appear that your name servers support ECS and we are auto-detecting that support. However, it is possible that you are not properly handling IPv6 addresses in ECS (or that your geo-location database does not have good (or any?) IPv6 geo-location information).  Please see https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/ecs and make sure that your name servers are fully complying with all ten of the guidelines for authoritative servers.
